The apartment, very bright and quiet, is located near the historic center, in an extremely quiet residential area. A few steps away you can take advantage of essential services (supermarket, grocery, pharmacy, bar) and just 250 meters from the walls of the historic center where you can find every restaurant and tourist attraction.
The Apartment

The apartment is located on the second floor with lift, in a recent building in a residential area, a stone's throw from the historic center. Consisting of two bedrooms, one double with private bathroom and shower and one single, large bathroom with hydromassage, kitchen, lounge, TV corner and two large terraces for relaxing and organizing dinners.
You will find all the necessary comforts, from the air conditioner to the fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels and soaps.
Breakfast is included in the price.
The Terraces

The terraces, one of which with a courtyard view and a private street view, are equipped with all comforts.
You will find sofas and armchairs on which to relax while admiring the sunset and the view of the hills, and table with chairs, for outdoor dining.
The terraces guarantee privacy and comfort.

Look Around
The splendid city of Viterbo offers numerous typical places, especially in the central area. The medieval district, one of the largest in Italy, is full of ancient walls and historic buildings where you can dine, enjoy an aperitif or stroll.
In the surroundings it is possible to visit places such as the Parco dei Mostri di Bomarzo, Villa Dante, the Papal Palace, the Civic Museum, or go on excursions or activities in the natural reserve of Lake Vico.
Finally, the Terme di Viterbo are noteworthy, excellent for relaxing between spa treatments and sulphurous waters.

DISTRICT
The neighborhood, full of greenery and within walking distance of the historic center, is extremely peaceful and quiet, being a residential area. A few meters away it is possible to find all kinds of comforts and necessary shops, but also historical sites such as the medieval center of Viterbo, the Papal palace, the Duomo, the Colle Museum or the Civic Museum, where it is possible to admire among the works also "The Pietà ”by Sebastiano del Piombo.
